These terms govern photo booth rental services provided by Your Way Photo Booth Co. Booking an event with us means you agree to the terms below.
Services
Your Way Photo Booth Co. provides luxury photo booth rentals for private and commercial events across Southern California. Each booking includes the features listed for your selected package (Deluxe, Premium, or Elite) as confirmed at the time of reservation.
Bookings & Reservations
Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed only after the quote is approved and any required deposit is received. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date until confirmed by our team.
Payment Terms
Pricing is quoted per event based on the selected package, service hours, and add-ons. Deposits and final payment schedules are provided with your quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before the event date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposit refund conditions, are provided with your booking confirmation. We will always work with you in good faith to find a new date when possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, level, and powered space for the booth at the venue, and for securing any venue or property permissions needed for setup. Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown as specified in your package.
Event Media
Photos, videos, and GIFs captured at your event are shared with you and your guests through the delivery channels selected for your booking. Your Way Photo Booth Co. may showcase representative event media in our marketing with the client's permission; clients may opt out at any time.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our operations and take great care at every event. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, power outages, or severe weather.
